Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may open the time for another client. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of $10.00

On Time Policy

In order for us to best serve our clients please arrive on time. Appointments will be canceled and charged a no-show fee of $10.00 if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booked appointment time.

Payment Policy

A credit card is required to hold this reservation. The full payment plus applicable taxes will be charged in store at the time of service on your preferred method of payment. Payment does not count toward product purchase.

If booking more than 48 hours in advance, you understand that at the time you make this appointment, an entry in the amount of $0.00 will appear on your credit card, which we are doing to validate your card for holding the reservation. You also understand that up to 48 hours before the appointment, we will place a hold on your credit card for $10.00.

If booking less than less than 48 hours in advance, you understand the full credit card hold of $10.00 will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking.

Gift Card Redemption
If you have a gift card you can redeem in-store at time of payment. However, please note that a personal credit card is required to book a reservation.

What To Expect

Services are performed at the Beauty Studio.

  • Arriving with skin free of makeup is preferred but not required.
  • Upon check in, clients will be asked to review and sign a digital Waiver of Rights and Assumption of Risk for Personal Services and COVID-19. Note: Minors will need guardian present to sign waiver.
